Optiminds Brain Training Ltd.

• What they offer / teach

Optiminds is a QEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback therapy clinic in Manchester, UK, also offering brain photobiomodulation (near-infrared light therapy delivered via a wearable LED headset). QEEG brain mapping is used to determine whether neurofeedback is a suitable training approach and to give insight into individual brain patterns, while neurofeedback is described as supporting sleep, stress and anxiety, focus, resilience and performance. They also publish a blog and a newsletter with brain training tips.

• Ages served

The site says it helps "individuals of all ages" and refers to supporting children or adults; testimonials come from clients aged 7 to 73, but no specific minimum or maximum age is stated.

• Approach

The approach is described as non-invasive brain training using advanced neurotechnology and personalised programmes: brain activity is monitored in real time and real-time feedback gently guides the brain toward healthier, more balanced and self-regulated patterns rather than forcing change. Stated aims include mental health support (stress, anxiety, overthinking, emotional regulation), developmental/cognitive challenges (attention, processing speed, cognitive efficiency, memory), and sports and business performance.
